A Look at June
From January to June 2024, the residential segment grew significantly, accounting for 31% of all deals, up from 22% the previous year. Office segment also increased, representing 25% of the market, up from 14% in 2023. Retail maintained a solid presence at 19%, despite a slight decline. The industry segment decreased to 20% from 26%.
